What Keeps Goals from Becoming Reality?
A new year and new goals are just around the corner. What if, this time, you could finally achieve them?
Ever wondered why so often our goals stay as distant dreams?
The answer often lies in unseen internal barriers and cognitive distortions that make it difficult to act on our ambitions alone.
So, how do we break through these blocks?
The key to overcoming internal barriers lies in recognizing and transforming them within a supportive social environment. In the Open Dialogue Intensive, each participant learns to co-create precisely such a space, one that provides essential support for understanding and moving beyond internal limitations.
Here, you will be able to integrate your experiences, align your goals with core life values and inner resources, and practically master a method that empowers you to pursue your goals with confidence and a sense of inner wholeness.

About Open Dialogue Spae
Scientific Foundation
A method for effective communication and goal-setting, grounded in a solid scientific foundation.
The scientific foundation of the Open Dialogue method is based on an interdisciplinary approach, integrating P.K. Anokhin's theory of functional systems, principles of cybernetics, neuroscience, evidence-based psychology, and social sciences. This approach enables a deeper understanding of a person’s interaction with themselves and the world, helping to overcome both internal and external barriers to achieving their goals.
-
P.K. Anokhin’s Theory of Functional Systems: Central to the method, this theory explains how complex organisms and groups form goal-directed programs through self-organization and feedback. It demonstrates how each participant can unlock their potential for goal attainment by aligning with a supportive environment.
-
Modern Cybernetics and Neuroscience: In the Open Dialogue method, complex systems—whether an individual, a family, or an organization—are viewed as holistic structures whose emergent qualities and capacities are revealed through flexible interaction rather than rigid control. This interaction fosters sustainable, positive changes within individuals and their surroundings.
-
Evidence-Based Psychology and Social Sciences: Research highlights the importance of social connections for mental and physical health. Within the Open Dialogue setting, each participant receives support in overcoming barriers caused by cognitive biases and unhealthy relationships, allowing them to build connections that promote personal growth and goal achievement.
