I graduated from the Pavlov First Saint Petersburg State Medical University and earned my PhD from the University of Bergen, Norway, where I specialised in the medical application of artificial intelligence. A recognised expert in neuroscience and psychiatry, combining private practice and entrepreneurship with scientific research.
Scientific Expertise and Evidence-Based Approach
My therapeutic practice is rooted in evidence-based medicine and scientifically validated methods for supporting mental health. For over 16 years, I have conducted research in neuroscience and psychiatry, actively integrating the latest scientific findings into my practice. My work includes:
- Research on neuroplasticity, cognitive health, transformational states, and psychedelic therapy. I have led a series of basic and clinical studies on psychedelics, including Sweden's first clinical trial of psilocybin for the treatment of depression.
- Authorship of over 100 scientific publications in leading international journals on neuroscience, psychiatry, and data science.
- Scientific Director at the Open Dialogue School, an evidence-based method of healthy communication proven to improve quality of life, mental well-being, and teamwork.
- Co-founder, Scientific, and Creative Director at Dreamseer, a company rethinking concepts of depth psychology and dream analysis through modern analytical methods and technologies.
Nineteen years of experience in counselling and therapeutic practice in individual and group settings. I have received training and certifications in existential-humanistic therapy, Ericksonian hypnosis, and the integration of altered states of consciousness. Underwent personal analysis and supervision.
Host at House of Ouroboros, a YouTube channel promoting evidence-based medicine and addressing current issues in psychiatry and neuroscience. Co-host at Дыши, a podcast about adult children of alcoholics.
I am deeply interested in anthropological research on traditions and cultures that integrate dreams and transformational states into social life and well-being. Additionally, I am a lifelong martial artist.
My mission is to promote personal and societal resilience through scientific research and the application of evidence-based methods that support profound personal change and improve quality of life. I strive to unite science and spirituality to create innovative models of well-being based on proven data and interdisciplinary approaches.
