Professional Burnout, Loss of Energy and Motivation, Life Crises
My practice focuses on helping individuals facing life crises, loss of energy and motivation, and difficulties making decisions in uncertain circumstances. With 19 years of experience in mental health and clinical neuroscience, my work primarily addresses the following areas:
-
Professional Burnout and Stress: Developing personalized strategies to identify the root causes of burnout, manage stress, and restore a healthy work-life balance.
-
Life and Career Crises: Providing support to reevaluate life goals, values, and inspiration during key life transitions, including career changes or finding purpose amidst major life changes.
-
Integration of Non-ordinary States of Consciousness: Offering guidance on the safe integration of psychedelic experiences and other altered states of consciousness, with a focus on minimizing risks.
-
Therapy of Addictions: A personalized approach to both chemical and behavioral addictions, including gaming addiction, with an emphasis on long-term recovery and relapse prevention.
-
Adapting to a New Culture and Emigration: Helping immigrants navigate cultural shock, build new social networks, and develop a sense of belonging in a new country.
-
Spiritual and Existential Crises: Supporting individuals in addressing spiritual and existential questions, restoring inner balance, and finding new meanings in life.
A Holistic and Evidence-Based Approach
My approach to mental health is holistic, taking into account biological, psychological, and social aspects of well-being. I focus not only on symptoms but also on a deep exploration of meanings and values, helping clients better understand themselves and their place in the world. A key component of my work is assessing current health status, social environment, lifestyle, and nutrition.
Rather than symptom-oriented methods, I prefer analytical approaches, viewing psychotherapy as an exciting journey toward deeper self-awareness.
